They offered us airy and huge rooms with a bathroom and balcony and extra bed. It had excellent location minutes from La Pieta. The staff and people generally were very amiable and attentive.

I really enjoyed its especially helpful employees.
The hotel was in a handy location, so close to Termini Station. The room was large in general, with balcony. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Rome.

It was a perfectly intimate accomodation for us. The stuff was very helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day. Even though it was very close to the Termini railway station a rest was guaranteed, absolute quite area located. Buffet breakfast was very generous and simple but you can't choose from a lot of food. (about 5-6)Just enough.

The location was perfect, just a stroll from the Opera Theatre and Termini station. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely courtyard. The staff were super friendly. Don't miss the nearby local restaurants. They're a real treat!
The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, a bit annoying.

Staff was friendly and helpful, took time to explain restaurants, sites and transport. Location near Termini station is ideal when traveling to/from the airport, but also for city transport. Rooms, although certainly not luxurious were clean and comfortable

Everything was excellent with reasonably large and airy rooms. Really helpful and attentive staff with a smile. Main bar in the hotel. Good experience there.

I stayed for two nights and appreciated the simple nature of the place. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. The staff were cute and offered help when I needed it. I found the patio in front of the hotel to be quite appealing, a nice spot to relax. As a single traveler, convenience matters to me.
The air conditioning did not work, hard to be inside during the hot weather. The bathroom was small and not well-maintained, and I struggled with the room's noise from outside.
